Your soul called you here. Now it's time to remember.

Welcome
You didn't land here by accident.
Something brought you here, and whether you can explain it yet or not, some part of you already knows that something within your life is asking for your attention.
I know what it is like to reach a place where everything may not necessarily be falling apart, yet something inside of you knows that the way you have been living, thinking, feeling, choosing, or relating to yourself no longer completely fits. Sometimes there is an obvious circumstance that brings us to that realization. Other times there is no dramatic event at all. There is simply a knowing. A quiet awareness that there has to be more than moving from one responsibility to the next, taking care of everyone, carrying what needs to be carried, and calling that living.
That is one of the reasons this Check-In exists.
This is not a medical or psychological diagnosis. This is your starting point. An opportunity to become aware of what is actually happening within your body, your mind, your soul, and the life you are currently living — so that you stop moving through your days without ever truly arriving inside yourself.
There is nothing here to perform. Answer according to what is true today. Not who you were. Not who you are trying to become. You — right now.
My hope is that by the time you reach the end, you will have heard something within yourself that perhaps you had been too busy, too distracted, or simply too accustomed to your own life to hear before.
The Framework
Understanding Wholeness — The Whole Woman
You are not a collection of unrelated parts. You are a layered, multidimensional being — and what happens in one layer of you ripples into every other.
In my work I use a framework that comes from ancient spiritual wisdom and modern holistic understanding. It teaches that you exist simultaneously across several dimensions of being — not just a physical body moving through a physical world, but a woman with an energy field, an emotional body, a mental body, a soul, a divine lineage, and at the very center of it all — a presence that was never broken, never lost, and never separate from the source that created her.
I call that presence your I AM Presence — the divine, perfected truth of who you are beneath every experience, every role, every wound, and every identity life has placed on you.
This Check-In is designed to help you locate yourself across those layers — so we know not just that something feels off, but exactly where it is asking for attention.
Before You Begin
The Seven Layers of the Whole Woman
You do not need to be familiar with any of this to answer honestly. Simply read each description and let it land.
Your I AM Presence
The divine, perfected truth of who you are. It cannot be broken. It can only be forgotten. The entire journey of remembrance is the path back to knowing this is real.
Your Celestial Body
Your direct connection to source — where intuition, spiritual knowing, and divine love live. When this layer is closed, you feel spiritually orphaned, like nothing is sacred and nothing answers when you pray.
Your Causal Body
The keeper of your soul's purpose and the record of your lineage. When this layer is disrupted, you find yourself living the same chapter over and over with different names and faces.
Your Astral and Soul Body
The layer that holds emotional memory across time. When this layer is out of alignment, growth stalls, the past will not release, and there is a longing you cannot explain.
Your Mental Body
The layer of belief, thought, and identity. When this layer is disrupted, you hear it as the voice that says you are not enough, not worthy, or not the one things work out for.
Your Emotional Body
The feeling field of your being. Emotions are not problems — they are messages. When they are not heard, they are stored. And stored emotion always finds a way to speak.
Your Etheric Body
The energetic blueprint just outside your physical body — the vitality template your hair, your health, and your creative energy are all trying to express.
Your Physical Body
The densest, most visible layer. This is where everything above it eventually lands and becomes real. Your body is not your enemy — it is the messenger of everything the other layers have been carrying.
The Check-In
Take a moment before you answer.
Choose what is true right now. Not who you were. Not who you are working to become. You — as you are in this moment.
Question 01
Your I AM Presence
Divine Connection & Worth
This question is about your relationship with the truth of who you are at the deepest level — not your spiritual practice or how often you pray, but whether you genuinely feel, in your body and your being, that you are divine, whole, and worthy of the life you want.
When you are completely honest with yourself, which feels most true right now?
AI have a genuine, living sense of my own divinity and worth. I do not just know it intellectually — I feel it.
BI believe I am worthy and divine in concept, but I do not consistently feel it in my daily life or in the way I treat myself.
CI feel disconnected from my own worth, my divine nature, or any sense that I am truly held and loved by something greater than my circumstances.
My Answer
Question 02
Your Celestial Body
Spiritual Life & Intuition
This layer governs your direct connection to source and your trust in your own inner knowing.
Which feels most true about your spiritual life and intuition right now?
AI feel genuinely connected to God, source, or something greater, and I trust my own inner knowing consistently.
BMy spiritual connection is inconsistent — present sometimes, distant at others — and I often second-guess my own intuition.
CI feel spiritually disconnected, like something broke between me and the divine, or like my intuition has gone quiet and I no longer know how to hear myself.
My Answer
Question 03
Your Causal Body
Patterns & Lineage
This layer holds the recurring patterns of your life — including what was inherited from the women in your lineage.
Which feels most true when you look honestly at the patterns in your life?
AI am generally aware of my patterns and actively doing the work to change what no longer serves me.
BI can see certain patterns repeating in my life — in relationships, choices, or circumstances — but I have not fully understood where they come from or how to change them.
CI feel like I keep living the same chapter over and over. The same situations, the same types of people, the same outcomes — and I do not know how to break the cycle.
My Answer
Question 04
Your Soul Body
Emotional Memory & Release
This layer holds what has not yet been fully processed, released, or integrated from your past.
Which feels most true about your relationship with your past right now?
AI have done meaningful work around my past and generally feel able to move forward without being pulled back into old pain.
BThere are experiences, relationships, or emotions from my past that still have a hold on me — I think about them, feel them, or find them quietly shaping my present choices.
CI carry significant unresolved pain, loss, or emotional residue that I have not had a safe space to fully process, and I can feel it affecting my life right now.
My Answer
Question 05
Your Mental Body
Beliefs & Identity
This layer governs the story you tell yourself about who you are and what is possible for you.
Which feels most true about your inner world right now?
AMy inner dialogue is generally supportive. I am aware of my beliefs and actively work to choose thoughts that serve the woman I am becoming.
BI recognize that I carry some limiting beliefs about myself — around my worth, my capabilities, or what I deserve — and they influence my choices more than I would like.
CMy inner voice is frequently harsh, doubtful, or fearful. I often find myself believing things about myself that I know are not the full truth but cannot seem to stop acting from.
My Answer
Question 06
Your Emotional Body
Feeling & Expression
This layer holds what you feel and what you do with what you feel.
Which feels most true about your emotional life right now?
AI generally feel my emotions, express them appropriately, and process them without storing them in my body or my behavior.
BI manage my emotions, but I know there are feelings I suppress, avoid, or have not had a safe space to fully express — particularly grief, anger, or fear.
CI feel emotionally overwhelmed, numb, reactive, or aware that I am carrying more than I have acknowledged — and it is affecting my body, my relationships, or my daily functioning.
My Answer
Question 07
Your Etheric Body
Vitality & Life Force
This layer is your energetic vitality — the life force that your physical health, your hair, your creativity, and your ability to rebuild and restore all depend on.
Which feels most true about your energy and vitality right now?
AI generally feel energized, creative, and vital. My body feels like it has the resources it needs to function and restore itself.
BMy energy is inconsistent — some days I feel alive and functional, other days I feel depleted for reasons I cannot fully explain, even when I have rested.
CI feel chronically depleted — physically, creatively, or both. My body feels like it is running on empty, and rest does not seem to fully restore me.
My Answer
Question 08
Your Physical Body
Health & Embodiment
This layer is your physical vessel — the place where everything above it eventually shows up.
Which feels most true about your physical body right now?
AI feel reasonably healthy, connected to my body, and generally aware of what it needs.
BI notice my body communicating through tension, fatigue, discomfort, or physical symptoms that I often push through rather than address.
CMy body is significantly asking for my attention — through pain, illness, hair loss, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, or a disconnection that makes it feel more like something I manage than a home I live in.
My Answer
Question 09
Your Energy Field
Boundaries & Protection
Your energy field is the invisible atmosphere you carry with you — it holds the imprints of your experiences, your relationships, and your environment.
Which feels most true about your energy right now?
AI feel energetically clear and protected. I am aware of my own energy and generally do not absorb or carry what belongs to others.
BI am sensitive to the energy of other people and environments, and I sometimes leave interactions feeling drained, heavy, or unsettled without knowing why.
CI regularly feel energetically depleted, porous, or like I am carrying emotions, burdens, or heaviness that may not entirely belong to me.
My Answer
Question 10
Your Life Choices
Alignment & Integrity
Your choices are the bridge between your inner world and your outer life. They reveal what you actually believe about yourself beneath what you say.
Which feels most true about your current choices?
AMost of my choices reflect my values, my worth, and the woman I know myself to be.
BSome of my choices feel aligned, while others are driven by habit, fear, obligation, or the desire to keep everyone else comfortable — often at my own expense.
CI recognize that several of my current choices are not aligned with who I am or who I am becoming, and I have not yet had the clarity or courage to change them.
My Answer
Question 11
Your Lifestyle
How You Live Daily
Your lifestyle is what you repeatedly practice. It either supports your healing or quietly works against it.
Which feels most true about the way you are living right now?
AMy daily habits, nourishment, rest, relationships, and environment generally support my well-being and growth.
BSome areas of my lifestyle nourish me while others regularly drain me, and I know there are changes I need to make that I have not yet fully committed to.
CThe way I have been living — my habits, my relationships, my nourishment, my environment, or my daily rhythms — is leaving me depleted, disconnected, and unable to consistently care for myself.

Reading Your Answers
What Did You Notice?
Before you count your answers, sit with something more important than a score. Which question made you stop? Which answer felt uncomfortable to admit? Which layer immediately brought a specific truth to the surface? That response tells you more than any letter ever could.
A
You currently experience a meaningful level of connection and alignment across your layers. This does not mean there is nothing more to discover — it means you have a foundation to build from. The deeper work is about refinement, integration, and expansion.
B
You are functioning and holding your life together while simultaneously aware that something is asking for more of your attention. You are not in crisis, but not fully home either. This is exactly the space where the most powerful work happens.
C
I do not want you to use these answers as evidence that something is wrong with you. What they are showing you is where you have become disconnected, depleted, or buried under the weight of what you have been carrying. That is not a character flaw. That is a woman who has been surviving without enough support for too long. And it is exactly why you are here.
Wholeness is not sameness across every layer. It is the willingness to become conscious of the whole picture.
Your Reflection
Take a moment and write what you noticed.
Which layer of my life currently feels the most aligned?
Which layer is asking for the most attention right now?
What did I acknowledge while answering these questions that I have not fully acknowledged before?
Moving Into the Body
Stop thinking about yourself. Begin experiencing yourself.
Many women have become very skilled at explaining what they feel without actually slowing down long enough to feel what is happening in the body. The body scan below teaches you to notice. Sit comfortably, take a few slow breaths, and bring your attention slowly downward through your body. Notice sensations without interpreting them. There is no correct experience.

Final Reflection
Your Wholeness Reflection
Now look at everything you have just experienced as one conversation rather than a collection of answers. Perhaps your mind told you that you were doing fine, but your body revealed how much tension you have been carrying. Perhaps you recognized that a pattern you thought was about your current circumstances has actually been present your entire life.
Or perhaps what you discovered was that you are doing better than you thought. All of it is information. And all of it matters.

The layer asking for the most of my attention is:
Something my body revealed to me today is:
Something I now recognize about my thoughts, beliefs, or emotional life is:

Your Next Step
This Is a Check-In, Not the Whole Story
The Check-In helps you notice. The Wholeness Assessment™ helps us explore. If this brought something to your awareness that you are ready to understand more deeply, your next step is waiting.
There was a time in my own life when I believed transformation meant becoming a better version of myself. I thought growth meant adding something I did not yet have, correcting everything I did not like, and eventually arriving at a future version of myself who had finally figured it all out.
My understanding is different now.
So much of this journey has not been about becoming someone new. It has been about uncovering what I learned, what I inherited, what I believed, what I survived, and what I became in response to life — so that I could recognize what remained beneath all of it.
That is why I use the language of remembrance.
You may have forgotten yourself in a relationship. In the raising of children. In the surviving of a difficult season. In the trying to be everything everyone needed you to be. But forgetting yourself does not mean you ceased to exist. Your wholeness did not disappear because there were seasons when you could not feel it.
You are not broken. You never were. You are remembering.
I hope this Check-In gave you something more meaningful than eleven answers on a page. I hope it gave you a few quiet moments in which you stopped looking outside of yourself long enough to hear what was already within you.
You do not have to figure out your entire life today. For now, simply honor what you heard.
